Who We Are
Stronger organizations.
Safer survivors.
The Domestic Violence Information Sharing and Analysis Center (DV-ISAC) brings together shelters, safe houses, advocacy organizations, allies, law enforcement, and security experts to strengthen organizational safety and security.
Operated by Operation Safe Escape, the network connects practical guidance, threat information, planning tools, and collaboration around a shared purpose: helping protect the people and organizations that support survivors.

Security that supports the mission
Organizations face overlapping physical, digital, operational, and information risks. DV-ISAC helps members understand those risks and take manageable steps, whether they are starting a security program or improving established practices.
Who participates
- Shelters, safe houses, and survivor-serving organizations.
- Advocates, allied nonprofits, and mission partners.
- Law enforcement and public safety professionals.
- Security and technology specialists contributing relevant expertise.
Membership requests are reviewed by OSE. Participation does not grant access to another organization’s private workspace or confidential information.
