This notice describes the DV-ISAC public website operated by Operation Safe Escape. Member portal practices may differ; review the notices provided within that service.
Information you submit
Membership and contact forms collect the name, email, organization, role, selected inquiry category, and general message you provide. An acknowledgement of this notice and a submission date are recorded with the request.
OSE uses those details to review applications, route questions, and respond. Submissions are stored as private website inquiries accessible to website administrators. General notifications may be sent to OSE’s configured inquiry address; notification messages do not contain your submission text.
Information you should not submit
Do not provide survivor names, confidential addresses, case information, passwords, or security plans through the public website. If your request needs sensitive discussion, ask OSE how to proceed first.
Technical information
The hosting service may process connection and security logs, including IP addresses and request details, to provide and protect the website. Form rate limiting uses a short-lived keyed hash of the connection address and submitted email, rather than saving a raw address in the inquiry record.
Cookies and tracking
This custom site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in and related functions. Features added in the future may require an update to this notice.
Access and retention
Website administrators and service providers may access information as necessary to operate and support the service. OSE retains inquiry information as needed for review, response, organizational records, and applicable obligations. No fixed deletion period is promised by this notice.
Contact OSE to request correction or deletion of information you submitted. OSE will review the request, including any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
